Devondale takes its name from my time living in Bermuda, a year that was a quiet departure from New York City life and became the ethos of everything I’ve built since. While teaching Pilates there, I moved beyond energetic output, embraced the ebbs and flows of nature and community, and redefined what presence felt like within a space. That shift reset my nervous system and transformed my daily habits and rituals. It stayed with me upon returning to New York while reconnecting with horses, which I have ridden since the age of five, and leading sustainability education at an organic farm. I began living with more intention rather than momentum.

Growing up between New York and Los Angeles with a background in dance, movement has always been my foundation. Studying fashion merchandising at F.I.T. and building a career across fashion styling trained my eye to read the body with precision. Working closely with models and clients across editorial and advertising shoots, I honed my skills by understanding how fabric drapes, creases, and shifts, often revealing posture and alignment. This became the lens through which I approached movement, leading me to pursue a comprehensive Pilates certification. Over the past decade, I refined that instinct, curating bespoke private and group programming, specialising in gait analysis, contraindications, and biomechanics.

It was the synergy of these disciplines, combined with my time in Bermuda, that harnessed my holistic perspective on wellbeing. Since founding Devondale, I have translated that philosophy into proven strategies, experiences and integrated wellbeing ecosystems that connect brand vision, guest experience, and operational execution.

Doing less. Living more.
